virtually dinnertime

We're hoping to get "eat your way around the world in London" back on the road tonight after a couple of weeks layoff due to:

• this and that
• one thing and another.

Coincidentally, I have also installed Microsoft Virtual Earth today and finally opened the Google Earth Placemark that Chris sent emailed me a few weeks ago. Competition with these 3D geographic interfaces is really hotting up, and it has struck me me, in light of last night's post, that in plotting our real and imaginary dinner destinations I have developed two great data sets with which to road test these important new products.

It has been an investment. That's my story anyway.
