President Emmanuel Macron paid tribute to Napoleon Bonaparte 200 years after his death yesterday as Royal Navy ships were ordered to Jersey to confront French fishermen preparing a blockade. So much for the Entente Cordiale.
Closer to home, the line up of candidates for London Mayor is so lacklustre that I am tempted to vote for Count Binface.
