According to Wales Online, "Ty-Gwyn Avenue in Cardiff is thought to be Wales’ most valuable street with an average house price of £1.15 million."
I'm back at Mum and Dad's this weekend in Bronwydd Avenue, just opposite the junction so I can gaze upon it from an upstairs window, channelling Barbara Stanwyck from Stella Dallas. Each to his own eh?
