Clink

That's good porridge: restaurant voted best in Cardiff is... in the prison
The Clink Restaurant at HMP Cardiff is staffed entirely by prisoners... and has been voted the city's best restaurant on TripAdvisor
That is fascinating stuff. I must try and get there next time I am back.

Also:
On Thursday 26th February 2015, 6pm to 9.15pm, The Clink Restaurant at HMP Brixton will be celebrating its first year of business with an Indian themed fundraising dinner hosted by chef ambassador Cyrus Todiwala OBE DL..........Open to the general public, guests will be greeted with a non-alcoholic fruit cocktail before enjoying an incredible evening of food that will feature authentic flavours from an assortment of Bombay street food, Goan and North Indian inspired dishes with an exotic dessert, coffee and petit fours to finish.
Brixton is only a tube ride away, though the non-alcoholic fruit cocktail implies it isn't licensed. Then again, I didn't drink any booze at all yesterday.
