Just a week after I started worrying about the implications of an escalation of the latest conflict in the Horn of Africa: US Launches Airstrike In Somalia.I can't seem to find any comment on the situation by Robert B. Kaplan yet, though I'd be fascinated by his take on it in the light of Surrender or Starve.
All in all, just like Afghanistan back in August, rather ominous a drum beat.
